Bentonite is completely free from all kinds of impurities! It is used as food to cleanse the body, for cosmetic purposes, and is also ideal for purifying wine and all types of tinctures! Clay has absorbent properties, is perfect for fining grape wines, as well as clarifying drinks. Natural bentonite clay or "bentonite" is a traditional material for removing the natural cloudiness of wine after fermentation. Available in the form of a fine-grained powder. Clarification is an optional but highly desirable step in the preparation of beverages to improve the quality of the finished product. Getting into the distillation cube of the distiller, the yeast burns. As a result, the taste and smell of the drink is greatly deteriorated. Under the influence of a sorbent (in particular, bentonite or other additives), the yeast precipitates in an even layer or flakes, and the drink itself becomes light. Cloudy wine? These are waste yeast and other processed products. Bentonite, getting into the wine, attracts and absorbs these residual fermentation products and falls with them to the bottom in the form of a thick sediment. Purifying wine with bentonite is also called wine clarification. Braga clarification is an optional, but very desirable stage of home brewing, which improves the quality of the finished product. Proportion: 5 g (1 teaspoon) of bentonite per 1 liter of mash or wine.
Application:
1) add bentonite to hot water, then mix with a mixer or a spoon until a homogeneous kefir mass is formed. It is very important to mix until there are no lumps.
2) in a thin stream, in a spiral, pour the solution into the wash, mix and leave for 24 hours at room temperature
3) drain the mash from the sediment (preferably through a thin tube)
4) overtake
