CLASSIFICATION: A good choice for the production of neutral types of alcohol, especially burners based on cereals and other substrates with high amylase content. The strain ensures even and superficial enzymatic kinetics, which allows a sharp acceleration of the fermentation reaction and high-temperature peaks and phases of growth of the yeast. An ideal option for plants without temperature control and with insufficient pressure in cooling systems.
FERMENTATION TEMPERATURE: 20-32°C
DOSAGE: 0.3 -0.5 g per 1 liter of must
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Sprinkle the yeast over the surface of sterile water or wort at 25-35°C. The volume of liquid should be 10 times the volume of yeast. Leave for 15-30 minutes. Pour the resulting slurry into the fermentation tank.
