This is a series of Alcotec 48 Classic Turbo Yeast alcohol turbo yeast, for fermenting 25 liters of wort.
Pure 48, not whimsical in use, well tolerate temperature changes. While the optimum wort temperature for most types of yeast is 25°C, this strain will handle temperatures above 30°C. And depending on the amount of sugar and aging, you will get the alcohol content you need:
1. 6 kg of sugar - within 2 days up to 14% alcohol at a temperature of 20-35°C;
2. 7 kg of sugar - within 3 days up to 17% alcohol at a temperature of 20-30°C;
3. 8 kg of sugar - within 5 days up to 19% alcohol at a temperature of 20-27°C;
4. 9 kg of sugar - within 7-10 days up to 21% alcohol at a temperature of 18-24°C.
Compound:
Yeast, nutrients, vitamins and trace elements.
Usage:
Dissolve 6 kg of sugar or dextrose in warm water. If you use regular sugar, we recommend inverting it (the process of breaking down sugars into glucose and fructose). Add the resulting syrup to the fermentation tank so that the total volume of the mash is 25-27 liters. Before adding yeast, make sure that the temperature of the wort does not exceed 27-30°C. Pour the yeast into the wort and stir (avoid lumps).
