You will need:

- 2 kg lamb
- 500 ml of pomegranate juice
Preparation:
Cut the lamb into pieces. Mix the contents of this spice set with 0.5 liters of pomegranate juice. Place the meat in a deep bowl and pour over the marinade. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours to allow the meat to absorb the flavors of the spices and become more tender. Thread the pieces of meat onto skewers. Grill or grill until done (there should be a slight pink tint in the middle).
