We are pleased to present to your attention our proprietary development - a set of spices for cooking barbecue. Each of us, when going outdoors with friends and deciding to cook barbecue, is faced with questions: what spices to add? Which marinade to choose? How much salt and pepper should I add?
We conducted many experiments in which we found answers to these questions. The result is our spice set, where each ingredient plays its role.
The marinade is based on dried onions, which gives the meat juiciness and a unique taste. Peeling, cutting and mincing onions is a rather labor-intensive process. We decided to use dried and powdered onions.
Dried onions and garlic add flavor and sweetness to the kebabs, serving as a base for other spices. Black pepper, savory and fenugreek give the meat a spicy depth and richness. Smoked and black salt enhance the flavor of the meat, adding smoky notes.
The sugar and vinegary sumac serve as a counterpoint to the salt and spice, adding sweet and sour notes to the dish. This balance makes the taste of kebab even richer and brighter.
Thus, thanks to our set of spices, the kebab acquires a harmonious and full taste, which combines meat, sweet, sour, salty and spicy notes. This kebab will not only satisfy your hunger, but will also become a real gastronomic delight, leaving pleasant memories and a desire to cook it again.
You will need:
- this set of spices
- 2 kg pork
- 500 ml highly carbonated mineral water
Preparation:
Cut the pork into pieces. Mix the contents of this set of spices with 0.5 liters of highly carbonated mineral water. Place the meat in a deep bowl and pour over the marinade. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours to allow the meat to absorb the flavors of the spices and become more tender. Thread the pieces of meat onto skewers. Grill or grill until done (there should be a slight pink tint in the middle).
