Go-Ferm Protect - enhances the natural defenses of yeast, making it more resistant to stress factors during fermentation. This is achieved thanks to special styrene and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Also, the vitamins and minerals contained in Go-Ferm Protect improve yeast viability. With the help of the patented Napstep system, the yeast absorbs nutritional and protective elements much better during rehydration, making it better prepared for the fermentation process.
Go-Ferm Protect is used when fermentation conditions are considered severe, there are insufficient trace elements and nutrients in the wort, and also:
- Very mature harvest (high amounts of sugar and extractive polyphenols)
- If gray rot is noticed on the crop
- Heavily filtered, illuminated and sulfated wort
- In preparation for resumption of frozen fermentation
