Jewish Raisin Vodka infusion is a traditional Jewish alcohol allowed for consumption on Easter. The drink has a caramel smell, slightly sweet taste. It is very easy to drink.
You will need:
- This kit
- 1000 ml (1 qt) of 40% (80-proof) alcohol, vodka or Neutral Grain Spirit
Preparation:
Pour alcohol and the contents of the package into a mason jar. Infuse the drink in a dark place for 14 days, shaking occasionally.
Filter and let it rest for another 5-10 days.
Composition:
raisins, cane sugar, orange zest, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg (ground), vanillin
