Preparation of Baileys Liqueur
You will need:
- 1 liter of alcohol with a strength of 40%
- This set of spices
- 500 ml cream 10% or more fat
- 2 egg yolks
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 10 g instant coffee
- 400 g condensed milk
Pour all the ingredients from the set into a container and pour alcohol. Infuse for 2 weeks, shaking occasionally. After that filter. Separately, beat the yolks and cream with a mixer. Add condensed milk, vanilla sugar and instant coffee to them and mix. Add the resulting milk mass to the liquor. Mix. Let it brew for 2-3 days. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
