Mix 600 ml of alcohol with a strength of 45-50% and 600 ml of gin and pour in the citrus zest from the set.

Filter the infusion. Add 1140 g of sugar in the form of sugar syrup to the infusion (dissolve in 900 ml of water).
Add Anchan flowers from the set. Infuse until the desired natural color is achieved and strain.
It is desirable to store liquor in a darkened container or a dark place.
