Besides the right fruit and a good recipe, the container plays the most important role. It must not only be airtight, but also retain its aroma and bouquet for many months. First of all, it is necessary to avoid harmful bacteria that can enter through the air and the material of the container. The tighter the container, the better the need.

For our containers, we use only colorless, polyethylene food-grade plastic. Extra thick wall retains aroma and alcohol and keeps fresh and fresh for a long time (unlike cheap thin-walled containers). The large filling dome allows for manual cleaning even in the furthest corners.
