The cheese press is designed for pressing soft, semi-hard and hard cheeses at home. With this cheese press you can press cheeses using molds with a diameter of up to 30 cm, as well as several cheese molds, placed one on top of the other, with a height of up to 60 cm.
The cheese wheel press has a convenient lever on which you can hang or put on a weight intended for pressing. By moving the weight along the lever, you can change the pressure from 1 to 3 weight values. Thus, a 1 kg load suspended at the base of the lever will create a pressure of 1 kg, while if you move the load onto the long arm of the lever, the pressure will increase to 3 kg.
The design of the cheese press is completely collapsible, which allows you to conveniently store the cheese press in disassembled form when you are not using it. The press is made of food grade, non-magnetic, AISI 304 stainless steel. 1.5 mm thick. This design of the cheese press is very reliable and allows you to work with large weights when pressing the head. You can hang a load of up to 15 kg on the press lever, which allows you to press cheese weighing up to 45 kg.
This way you can press both soft cheeses (for example Roquefort) and cheeses with a large pressing weight (for example Cheddar).
Due to the convenient locking system on the base of the press, changing the height of the lever is very easy and takes a maximum of 10 seconds. Also, the removable lever of the cheese press ensures maximum ease of handling the head of cheese during the pressing process.
