Three-phase regulator 12 kW, for PERVAK automation with a kilowatt hour meter.
Buy a three-phase power regulator for a moonshine still in Ukraine from the manufacturer. Often the distiller faces the question of increasing the volume of the distillation cube and, accordingly, increasing the power of the moonshine still. We have developed a powerful three-phase power regulator, designed to work with three-phase heating elements with a total power of up to 12 kW. The voltage regulator for the moonshine still provides smooth adjustment of the power supplied to the heating element of the moonshine still. Also, using the PM3 power regulator, it is possible to connect three single-phase parallel heating elements with a total power of 12 kW (three heating elements of 4 kW each). The power regulator can operate autonomously, that is, simply as a separate device, and can also work in tandem with PERVAK automatics version 2.0 and above, and PERVAK Light. A cable is supplied with the power regulator, with which the regulator is connected to any of our automation systems. The power regulator for the moonshine still has convenient and intuitive controls.
Switch - allows you to switch operating modes, three-digit screen - shows the status of the device and power in % from 10 to 100%, Encoder - pressing which in manual mode turns on and off the power to the heating elements of the moonshine still, turning the encoder changes the power supplied to the heating elements with an accuracy of 1%.
The red switch on the rear panel of the device is the power supply for the device.
The red switch on the front panel is in position "0" - auto mode for working with automation. Position "1" manual mode.
Before starting work, you need to configure the regulator by setting the power of the heating element used. To do this, turn on the power, press the encoder for 4 seconds (long press) and adjust the power of your heating element. Let’s say you have a heating element of 3500 W = 3.5 kW, this corresponds to a setting of 3.5. After this, briefly press the encoder to exit the menu.
To turn on the heating element, you need to briefly press the encoder, after which by turning the encoder knob, you can adjust the power in a range from 1 to 100%. For example, when using a 3.5 kW heating element, 50% will correspond to 1.75 kW or 1750 W.
After the heater consumes more than 0.1 kW of electricity, the value of the number of kilowatt hours consumed will begin to periodically appear on the regulator screen, alternating with the current power of the heater. For example, you set the power to 45% and currently the heating element has consumed 500 W. The readings will change 45 - current power and 0.5 - 0.5 kW, which corresponds to 500 W. The threshold for calculating consumed electrical energy is 0.1 kW, which corresponds to 500 W.
When working with Pervak automation, the power of the heating element must also be set in the automation itself by entering the setup mode.
The package includes:
Power controller-regulator for moonshine still 3.0
Connection cable with PERVAK automation version 2.0 and higher and PERVAK Light
Wall mount
ATTENTION, power cables are not included in the package, it is recommended to use power cables with a cross-section of 2.5 mm2. The automation is connected directly by the client to their equipment; the use of grounding is MANDATORY!
The cooling system of the power regulator for the distillation column is designed so that the cooling fan turns on only after power is supplied to the heating elements of the moonshine still and turns off one minute after the power is turned off!
NOTE! The device has open connection terminals; the device can only be used in a wall-mounted version. Before connecting the power, it is necessary to connect the installation of power wires and use crimps or tin the end of a wire 6-7 mm long. The use of multi-core cable without crimping or tinning is unacceptable! After installation, it is necessary to fix the device on a wall mount, if necessary connecting it with a cable to the automatic distillation and rectification. ONLY after this can power be supplied to the device.
Always disconnect the device from the power supply after finishing the distillation and rectification process.
Never leave the device unattended.
Place the device in places where children and pets will not have access to it!
During operation of the power regulator for a moonshine still, the cooling radiator can heat up to a temperature of 60C; direct sunlight on the regulator is unacceptable, as this can lead to overheating of the device and its failure.
In case of ANY malfunction of the device, immediately contact the site administrator for information on warranty repairs.
