Properties |
Château Cara Blond® gives the beer a mild caramel flavor and a golden color. A distinctive feature of caramel malts is the presence of glassy grains in them - a source of obligatory non-fermentable components, thanks to which real caramel malt enhances the velvety of beer and increases the stability of its foam. |
Application |
Light lagers and ales, low alcohol and non-alcoholic beer, white (wheat) beer. Up to 30% mixture. |
