Properties |
It gives the beer a characteristic wheat aroma. It is mainly used in the production of wheat beers and varieties with a high malt content (3 - 5%). It contains a large amount of proteins, thanks to which the beer brewed on its basis acquires saturation, and the foam becomes firm. |
Application |
Wheat beer, white, light varieties with low alcohol content, non-alcoholic beer. Up to 35% mixture. |
