Product Features
Chateau Pilsen malt, due to its qualities, is perfect for home brewing. It can be used equally successfully for both infusion (infusion) and decoction (decoction) mashing methods. Main characteristics:
- Color - 2.5-3.5 EBC.
- Enzymatic activity (share in grist) – up to 100.0%.
- Extractivity (minimum) - 81.0%.
- The protein content in dry matter is 11.5%.
