How to use Hot Rod Turbo Yeast
Wort preparation: Add 200 - 240 g of sucrose per liter of water and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Yeast Injection: Introduce directly into the fermentation vessel.
Recommended initial gravity of the wort:
It is best to use wort with a gravity of 1090 g/l (22.9 Brix).
Temperature: Maintain the temperature between 21-26°C during fermentation. The optimum start temperature is 30°C. Please note that if the temperature of the liquid exceeds 29 °C, fermentation may stop.
pH: Hot Rod yeast contains a pH adjuster so no pH adjustment or control is required.
Foaming: Hot Rod yeast contains its own defoamers, so foam will be minimal.
Expected Yield: Hot Rod yeast can achieve 15% alcohol yield from pure sugar mash.
Recommended dosage: 3.6 g per liter.
