Principle of operation: Condensate, flowing down the spherical lid of the unit, falls into the phlegmo-accumulating zone. Excess liquid through round holes is directed into the phlegm concentrator, flows down the wall and is centered by a short tube
With the help of a needle tap, you can adjust the selection process liquid. Setting up the drip selection of "heads" does not cause any difficulties.
The aftercooler has a wire wound inside a spiral for the direction of the water flow in a circle, which ensures maximum heat transfer of the cooling water. The power of such a condenser is up to 4.5 kW (up to 10 l/h) when selecting a "liquid" product
Connectors for supplying and draining cooling water have an internal thread of 1/4". Quick-disconnect connections are designed for connecting a hose with an outer diameter of 10 mm.
The thermometer is located in the steam zone, which makes it possible to measure the temperature of the steam without condensation hitting it and without temperature jumps
Passable holes for steam and phlegm are arranged in a checkerboard pattern. Thanks to this solution, the steam does not prevent the movement of phlegm inside the "glass" and all the condensate falls into the center of the selection unit (phlegm concentrator). Further, it is directed to the center of the tsarga for irrigation nozzle
