Prolitech Co. is a reliable partner, therefore it provides both a manufacturer's warranty and its own warranty obligations for all supplied equipment.

The complex mechanisms of food industry enterprises (breweries, fruit processing plants, kvass factories) are made reliably and are durable. But with intensive use, the nodes wear out and are damaged. To avoid such consequences allows service maintenance of units implemented by us and installed taking into account technological requirements. Checking the condition of components, replacing worn and damaged elements is carried out:

• according to the schedule recommended by the manufacturer,
• in case of failure of parts,
• upon detection of malfunctions in the operation of equipment.

Not all suppliers of complexes and mini-factories for food industry enterprises can boast of such conditions, since they only trade in technical systems, being ordinary intermediaries.

Important: the warranty card with marks on the repair and maintenance must be kept for the entire period of operation of the equipment.
