Usage:
Industrially stored in the form of compressed pellets. Used in the final stage of hopping at the end of the brewing process (20-5 minutes before the end of the boil). A balanced level of alpha and beta acids creates a unique composition of hop oils and a unique taste of beer. Saaz hops are used as a factor that forms the final balance of taste and aroma in the finished beer.
