The cheese factory-pasteurizer allows you to perform absolutely all the processes necessary for the preparation of any cheese: heating milk, pasteurization of milk, ripening and increasing the acidity of milk, ripening of the curd (fermentation), slicing of the curd (with the help of Lyra) horizontally and vertically, setting the grain, kneading and drying grain (using a stirrer with automatic reverse and speed control), draining whey and forming a cheese layer, partial draining of whey for deoxidization or for forming a cheese layer, filling molds with bulk (using a drain tap), you can also carry out stuffing and cheddarization of the head of cheese and cook ricotta. With the help of a cheese book , which is designed to hold the cheese grain when draining the whey, you can partially or completely drain the whey for further work with the cheese grain.
The body of the cheese maker is made of food-grade stainless and non-magnetic AISI 304 steel, 1.5 mm thick, which makes the cheese maker completely suitable and safe for use at home, as well as in the food industry. The presence of a powerful stirrer will save you from long procedures of kneading grain by hand and free up time for household chores while your cheese is being prepared.
