Instructions for use:
Pour up to 25 liters of fruit mash or juice into the fermenter at 25-30°C. Carry out rehydration - sprinkle the contents of the package on the surface of 500 ml. boiled water 30 °C. After 10-15 minutes, when the yeast settles to the bottom, shake well and add to the main wort. Leave to ferment at 20 to 27°C for up to 7 days. The ideal fermentation temperature is 25°C. Maximum allowable 35°С. Use airtight containers with a water seal.
